Loving Idly and FRESH Vadai.
Friend introduced Idly to me. I love it.
I ordered idly + vadai set.
I was amazed at how fresh good vadai tasted!
My few vadai experience had always been hard, dry, oily so I am never a fan and hardly eat it. But the one I had was soft, light and fragrant with spice.
Enlightened, I introduced it to Hb.
We had it twice in a row.
